About Report Voting Problems

Report Voting Problems is a database to serve as a central collection point for reporting and analyzing all election problems. It works with various voting organizations, but is completely independent of any groups.

Report Voting Problems is designed to provide an easy method to submit incident reports of citizen's problems with the voting process. Individuals and approved groups (using their own custom forms) can all input detailed data. All of the information is stored in a central database and the cumulative data will be freely available. Detailed data will only be made available to select groups and researchers for analysis and further investigation.

For further information and for any group interested in using the services please send an email.

About the Founder

Jeff Cook is the founder of this site and has been a professional computer programmer for nearly twenty years. Alarmed by the many thousands of voting problems, especially concerning electronic voting machines and disenfranchisement, as well as the lack of any central system to keep track of and assess the extent of voting problems, he decided to fill the void with this site. Report Voting Problems is purely a voluntary effort.
